OUR STOP FALLS PROGRAM
IS FOR YOU
Our STOP FALLS PROGRAM will help reduce your risk of falling and give you the confidence needed to be as active as you want to be.
Consisting of 8 sessions completed over a 12 week period of time, you will be seen once weekly for weeks 1-4, at week 6, week 8 and again at week 12. A trained therapist will guide you through a series of exercises and activities designed to improve your strength and balance.
This program is often covered by insurance (a referral may be required) and is also available on a private pay basis.
